NBC’s New Streaming Service, Peacock, Can Be Free with Premium Upgrades.
NBC recently announced that there will be 3 tiers for there brand new streaming service. From $0 to $9.99.
NBC Universal announced today (Thursday, January 16 2019), that Peacock will be available in three subscriptions tiers: a free service (Peacock Free) that comes with limited programming and an ad-supported complete version that is free to already existing Comcast customers and $5 a month for everyone else. There is also a $10 a month ad free subscription option that is open to everyone (Peacock Premium).
Cox and Comcast cable subscribers will get free access to Peacock Premium (with ads), or they have the option to pay $5 per month for an ad-free version. Flex and Comcast’s Xfinity X1 customers will get exclusive access to Peacock Premium on April15th. The streaming service will release to the public on July 15th.
